Apartma se nahaja v strogem centru Ljubljane, na mirni lokaciji na Mali ulici v bližini Trubarjeve ceste, samo korak stran od Tromostovja in ljubljanske tržnice.
Enosobni apartma je bil nedavno popolnoma prenovljen. Nahaja se v pritličju starejše zgradbe in ima posteljo dimenzije 160 x 200 cm, kavč, ki se lahko uporabi kot dodatno ležišče (90 x 180 cm), jedilno mizo in kuhinjski del z električnim kuhalnikom in pečico ter velikim hladilnikom, kopalnico s tuš kabino. Apartma je opremljen s posodo, priborom, toasterjem, posteljnino, brisačami, pralnim strojem, likalnikom z likalno desko, sušilcem za lase, CTV, telefonom, glasbenim stolpom, video- rekorderjem, brezplačni brezžični (WLAN) internetnim dostopom.
Privatno parkirišče je pred zgradbo (samo za osebna vozila, ki ne presegajo dolžine 5m). Rezervacije po predhodnem naročilu. Dnevna cena je 9 €.

Very comfortable and excelent location. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant.
Ljubljana is a great city. Be sure to cross the Dragon bridge and walk through the market. The »burek« is tasty, but we were told it is not Slovenian. We have fun walking through old town. Be sure to get a good view of the castle at night.
We have spent 2 fabulous days in this beautiful apartment and superb city. The location of the apartment Nika is excellent; we have always found our back to it. We definitely want to come back (from Budapest)
We have been here for 5 days and it has been very nice stay. The apartment is very good location (near the city center). The thing that has surprised us a lot is the city of Ljubljana and its charming atmosphere around the river, the people is like the Mediterranean people!! We want to come back. (from Barcelona)
