Das Apartment befindet sich an Trubarjeva cesta in direkter Nähe von Dreibrücke, Prešernov trg und Markt des Arhitekt Jože Plečnik. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erfoschung und Erlebnis Ljubljanas.
Das Apartment hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett (180 x 200 cm), das getrennt sein kann und privates Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnteil mit Couch, die in ein Zusatzbett (160 x 200 cm) gemacht werden kann, Essecke und kleineres Kochteil mit zwei elektrischen Kochplatten, Kühlschrank mit Mikrowellenherd und noch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Apartment gibt es auch Geschirr, Besteck, CTV, Telefon, kostenlosen ADSL-Internetzugang, Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett, Haartrockner, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern. Den Gästen steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, die in der Abstellkammer nebenbei ist. Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock, das Gebäude hat kein Lift.
Der Privatparkplatz ist ungefähr 200 m vom Apartment entfernt (das gilt nur für Pkws, die nicht länger als 5M sind). Die Reservierungen müssen im Voraus gemacht werden. Der Preis ist 9 € pro Tag.
