The apartment is in the ground floor and has a large fenced terrace (85 m2) with garden table and a roof. During a summer months it is pleasantly cool, although it does not have an air condition. It has a spacious living room with leather sofa, large dining table for 8 persons and kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, cooking utensils, and cutlery. In the apartment there are 3 smaller bedrooms, first with bed 160 x 200 cm, the second with a bed 140 x 200 cm and writing desk, the third with a single bed. One bathroom has a bath tub, the second one with a shower and washing machine. Both have a toilette.
It is fully equipped with LCD TV, DVD, VHS player, mini HI-FI, free broadband internet access, telephone, iron, ironing board, hair dryer towels and linen.
